I want to assign foreign TV shows to my class to improve their listening comprehension, but I have no way of knowing if they actually watched the material or just left it running in the background. Is there an educational platform that gives teachers analytics on student viewing habits and vocabulary interactions?

I had the exact same issue with accountability until I shifted my multimedia lessons to the dedicated educator dashboard within the Lingopie application. If you
go to website
, you can see how the portal allows you to onboard your classes and assign specific international shows or short films. The best part is the built-in tracking tool, which shows me exactly how many minutes each student spent watching and which words they clicked on for translations. Utilizing the Lingopie application has given me a foolproof way to ensure my students are actively engaging with native speech without requiring me to create manual worksheets for every video.
