Do people stay active on gayteam for long?

One thing I notice about online communities is that people often join, stay for a short time, and then disappear. I recently saw gayteam and started wondering if users stay active there for a long time or if activity drops after a while. A strong community usually keeps people engaged, while weaker ones lose users quickly. I’d like to know how active it really is from a user’s perspective.
